These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chosen Enigmas ("we," "us," "our") and any digital products sold through this site. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Acceptance
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this site and purchase our products. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or purchase/download our products.
2) Product Description
Chosen Enigmas sells digital products only. The Private Professional Command Center is a downloadable Notion template provided as a one-time purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
3) Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, customers receive email instructions to duplicate the template into their own Notion workspace. Access is dependent on the customer's Notion account.
4) Third-Party Services
Use of this product requires a third-party Notion account. Chosen Enigmas is not affiliated with or responsible for Notion's availability, pricing, or functionality.
5) No Services Provided
Chosen Enigmas does not provide consulting, coaching, therapy, advisory services, implementation services, or managed services of any kind. All products are self-directed digital templates.
6) Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or distribute our products or site content without permission.
- Using the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Interfering with site security or access (including automated abuse, excessive requests, or malicious behavior).
7) Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. No subscriptions or recurring charges are associated with the Private Professional Command Center.
Purchases are completed via invoice issued after request. Payment terms are provided on the invoice.
Prices are listed at the point of sale and may change at any time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank/processor charges.
8) Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Refund Policy terms.
9) Intellectual Property
All site content and digital products (including layouts, text, branding, and design) are owned by Chosen Enigmas or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
10) No Professional Advice
Our products are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other professional services. You are responsible for how you use the product and for any decisions you make.
11) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Chosen Enigmas makes no guarantees regarding results, income, performance, or outcomes from use of the digital products. Use of the templates is at the customer's discretion and responsibility.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHOSEN ENIGMAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chosen Enigmas from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site/products or violation of these Terms.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or products if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Access to the site or products may end automatically upon breach.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date (if shown) indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
