This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for digital products sold by Chosen Enigmas and how to request one.

1. Overview
Chosen Enigmas sells digital products delivered electronically. Access instructions to duplicate the Notion template are sent by email. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are limited and assessed according to the criteria below, except as required by law.
2. Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if access instructions were not delivered or the delivery instructions are materially defective. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment confirmation.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or implementation
- Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes
- Failure to use or understand the template
- Compatibility issues related to third-party platforms such as Notion
4. Request Process
To request a refund, contact support@chosenenigmas.com with your purchase details (invoice number, purchase date, and the email used for the invoice). You may also call 445-544-5550. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Once processed, funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Policy Updates
Chosen Enigmas reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
7. Finality
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they are purchasing a digital product and agree to this Refund Policy.
